Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 8 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.

Free shipping

Shipping is complimentary on all subscription orders. Shipping on one-time orders is calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery speed you choose.

Returns

Unopened products in original condition with security seals intact may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@velsene.com to request a return authorization. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receipt.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Subscription renewals

Your first shipment is your opportunity to try DENSI. Renewal orders, meaning your second shipment and every one after, are final sale. They cannot be returned or refunded, even when the renewal was delivered within the previous 30 days. You can pause or cancel anytime before a renewal is billed, so you are never charged for a shipment you do not want.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Email support@velsene.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.

Abuse prevention

We monitor return activity and reserve the right to decline returns or restrict future purchases where misuse is identified.
